do XBL cards now stack?

I know they didn't with the original Xbox. I am paid up through the tail end of september, but just picked the 12 month vision kit from stootsi and don't want to input a code and have it basically only give me two extra months.

I think they did on the original Xbox too, just not the 2 month trials.

Yes. This is the first I've heard of them not stacking on either system.

They stack, I stacked two 3 month cards, and then a 12 month card. It adds all the cards together and extends your sub.

Like when I looked at my sub with the 3 month cards. It would say 3 month ends aug 12, then when Aug 12 came it would start the other 3 month card. My 3 month card ended November 12. I added a 12+1 month card sometime last month, and my sub now ends in Jan 08.

Yeah I know people that have stacked them up to 3 years from various deals.

Which never made sense to me. If I get an extra 12 month card I'll give it to a friend who doesn't have gold account so I have more people to play with.

I could have sworn that on the original Xbox the 12 month cards would not stack. Maybe I just thought they did or heard someone say they didn't when they did.
