Just got my 360, but noticed a weired problem. In NBA 2k6 every time I dunk there 's a slight pause while the player is in the middle of the dunk then the player dunks, and when I'm shotting foul shots the commentator's comments are all delayed by a couple of seconds. I don't think my friend's 360 has this problem.
Also in GRAW it seems like that I get stutters in the game if I look up into the sky, similar to what happens when my video card can't handle the graphics of the game on my computer. Overall i just feel like the controlls are more sluggish than my friend's 360.
Is all this an omnious sign of some sort or am I just being paranoid, but you can't be too careful with a 360.
