What time to get there at TRU preorder tomorrow? (11/12)

That seems kinda late, I wouldn't wager on that being enough. Word about this pre-order has probably spread. You might want to call them to see how many they'll have available, then decide.

I figure I'll call my TRU right before close. If it's 10 again (as it was last time), I probably won't bother...because if I'm not willing to wait more than three hours for a pre-order. If it requres a wait longer than that, I'll just do my waiting next week.

Mine didnt know how many they could preorder. I would really like to know if anyone is able to find out how many their store is allowing so I can make an educated guess on the status of my location.

I wonder if only select TRU's wil be doing pre-orders tomorrow. The one I called said their not doing any. But they could have easily been lying, or just don't know about it. I'll probably get there early. But I'd feel pretty stupid waiting outside for an hour or two, only to be told that they really aren't doing anymore.

well from the previous pre-order thing, almost an hour or half before store opening, they were handing out the slips. that way it wouldn't be chaotic when store actually opens.

If you're getting one for ebay, post it like NOW, as right after launch, it will drop like a rock with the flood of systems. I sold my wii preorder for 600 w/ zelda, which I thought was pretty good. Just some recommendations in regards to ebay.

Tough call. It's either "OMG LAST CHANCE TO BUY A WII" or everyone who wants to pre-ordered a Wii has done it already and the E-Bay prices aren't that good.

I showed up right as the doors opened (9 am) and was #10 out of 20 preorders.

Our stores opened at 10 AM.

A friend showed up in Rockville, MD @ TRU 5 AM, and was #10 out of #13.

I showed up at the Columbia, MD TRU @ 9:30 AM and was #13 out of #18 <:

Reserved Red Steel and Zelda as well. After watching trailers for some of the games, this will be the first Nintendo unit I've owned aside from an SNES.

TRU has very well organized in my location- kept us in the area with shopping carts (inside, so protected from rain- I think the weather played a role today), then let us in, counted us off, and handed out tickets. Four people at a time were permitted to go browse pre-order game tickets and head to the register.

One employee joked at 9:55 that they only had three, and when the crowd collectively sighed, she jokingly said "Wii Wii (Oui Oui)".

I was first at my TRU. There was no line, so I just sat in my car. I got there about a half hour early. Wii!

I showed up 15 minutes after the open, no preorders left. They had 15.

I showed up as they were opening the doors, and I was the first one there for the Wii. No lines.
