I hear you. I was thinking we should do a "bury the hatchet" thread or something. Maybe we could make a little emblem to put in our sigs for people who just want peace and refuse to fight over this crap.

How about we just make fun of people who don't buy all the systems. You have to be a fool to not see that every system has its strong points and that all systems have great things to offer.

Not at all. We are all cheapasses. We all find ways to get our systems for cheap. For me its waiting until they lower the price. Trade ins help and selling our old games. There's no reason that after time you can't find a way to get all 3 systems for a pittance.
Right now I have a 360. I didnt pay more then 250 cash for it. I don't have the disposable income to buy a wii and ps3 at this time, but I will be damned sure to buy them eventually. I know that every system will have great games for it and I won't be a tard and insult one system because I don't own it just to make myself feel better.
I think most of this hate is from jealousy or trying to make yourself feel better about the large purchase. In that sense fanboys suck.
EDIT: okay I will agree after rereading what I wrote it does sound messed up. I just meant that those who insult others about what system is "better" because they only own one of them are the ones who deserve the ridicule. Each system has it's positive points.

Thats true. I dont recall any shootings or muggings when the Xbox 360 came out. I seriously doubt the Wii will cause such devastation too.

You mean they weren't hostile before launch? If anything, this is better...now that the other consoles are out some of the more fucking retarded "points of view" are no longer relevant ("Wii/PS3 is better/worse than 360!!"...when they aren't even out yet). People should be too busy playing to worry about it that much. Or, they should be.
