I need a new digital camera. Soo.. can ya help ??

Any recommendations?

This is what I need:
-at least 3mp
-at least 3x OPTICAL zoom
-Has the small/slim design too it. Doesn't have to be ultra compact, but the camera I got a few years ago is CLUNKY. Great camera, just not what I want anymore..
-Is under $200, since this is my Christmas gift to myself this year.
-Oh and it also supports SD card since I got a 2GB SD card for my Wii.

So anything? The cheaper the better, hence posting on a CAG board :)
But not some cheap quality shitty camera that costs $23 and is worth $11.56.

I'm pretty sure all Canon cameras use SD cards, and you might be able to find a 6 MP under $200. Check out cnet.com 's reviews, that should help.

I have a Kodak EasyShare CX7430 that is 4.0 MegaPixels - it isn't anything super fancy or anything, but I never used it much and it takes good pictures. I'd let it go relatively cheap (not sure what new price on these now, but I'd probably take 60% of new price). It even has the sticker over the LCD screen on the back still, the box, and all the chords, etc.

That's not bad. I may think about it. I just looked it up it's ok looking. A bit more clunkier then I kinda want. I'm also going away in July (I know thats like.. 9 months from now, but still) so I do want to have a good, yet small camera w/ me :)

I just bought my girlfriend a Cannon Powershot SD600. It's pretty small, 6 MP and uses SD cards. It was on sale for $224 at Circuit City last week, on sale for $199.99 (http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Canon-PowerShot-SD600-Digital-Elph-Camera/sem/rpsm/oid/146235/rpem/ccd/productDetail.do) this week. Great camera!

Just doing a froogle search on that camera.."Kodak EasyShare CX7430" its about $90 these days (it's a 2 year old camera).

And he said 60%.. LOL I wouldn't mind getting a camera for like $45...$50 ^_^
But I dunno what I really want JUST yet :P
