I bought a TV stand at Best Buy a couple days ago and today it went on sale for $70 off. Can I take my receipt in and get a price adjustment?

Should be within 30 days of purchase. And to answer Question 2: You don't have to bring your TV/box back to BB to get the adjustment. (but if I worked there, I'd probably tell you you had to bring it in as a joke just to see the look on your face before giving you your $70 back)

There might be a slight chance that the sale doesn't apply if it specifically says something to the effect of: "offer not good on previous purchases". They do that sometimes if it's a store-wide percentage sale IIRC.
