This game's been $9.99 at a bunch of places already. I passed up on this when it was at this price for the KB sale in Dec.

I'm betting that he used a online rebate from EBGames.com. They sometimes offer them with pre-orders, like for UT2k4 or Ninja Gaiden.
I did this with the Mark of Kri and paid nothing (When they still had free shipping)

A good price, but if I wanted it I would have gotten it for 4.99 at BB during the infamous sale. ;)
