To print what Brock Lesnar said might make even John Rocker blush. But after his curse-laden outburst, he turned to a nearby reporter and explained, "I don't like gays. Write that down in your little notebook. I don't like gays."

wow, that was incredibly tactless. I don't think he'll be around for long if he doesn't watch his mouth.

I'm gonna laugh if no one picks him up. Talking about how much he likes to fight and how he will never take it easy in practice - wait until he starts injuring other teammates and see how long anyone wants him around.

I have to admit, that made me chuckle when I read it. I dunno, in today's society, I really like it when people go against the grain and challenge the norm. In this case, being politically correct.

Since this nation is getting further away from free speach, I think it's really important that people say things that may make other people angry. Not so much to start fights, but just so citizens keep kicking against society trying to shut us up.

Look at what Limbaugh said on ESPN. He said what he thought, and that was it. He lost his job for it and the media blasted him. You call that free speach?

If we continue to go in this direction, free speach will be a thing of the past and the only things you'll hear are nice things about people and not what people truly think.

I think the truth is the most important thing, and if we can't tell the truth, no matter if it makes people angry or not, then what do we really have?

i agree in theory, but hating people because they're gay is no diffrent than hating people because of their religion, or their skin color.

Before you guys get riled up, that quote sounds much worse out of context. Supposedly a chick went up to him and basically taunted him saying that her male friend though he was cute. That was his response... tactless as it was, we all know Brock didn't get over for his mic skills. :P

Right, and I'm not saying what he said was right, but the fact that he said something that is taboo in today's society is good, IMO.

How is what he said taboo??
The president says it everyday...
There's a difference between free speech and ignorance, and you seem to be on the latter half of that one...

He's allowed to say what he said...and we're allowed to think he's an ignorant ass for it.

Everybody wins.

Ummm, saying that you hate gays is pretty taboo in today's society, especially when it's getting more tolerant of gays and their marriages. Saying you hate any social group, race or culture is pretty bad today, as well.

Oh, when was the last time the president said he hated gays, btw?

Also, I hope your little remark wasn't directed at me.

Mr Bush thinks gay marriage is an abomination. he's said other things, but that gives you an idea on where he stands

He won't make then he will try to do movies he will be like billy banks, doing movies with a 5,000 dollar budget.

Bitterness consumes the vessel which contains it and Mr. Lesner is one bitter mofo. The guy has no tact.

If he could choose only three television channels to watch, it'd be a 24-hour hunting and fishing network, The Weather Channel and The Penthouse Channel. "I'd be a happy man," he said.

I would agree!

Oh yeah. Did you know Macho Man pinned someone after hitting them with a slimjim? I think the clip was on wrestlecrap.com once. I'm sure Scott Hall won via toothpick once.
