Sega Dreamcast and VGA Output

I have two questions now that I aquired a Dreamcast and have a TV with VGA inputs...

1. Is there an official and/or first party (made by Sega) VGA box?
2. Who makes the best quality VGA box? I seem to remember the Blaze box to be the most popular...

1st party sega ones exist but have always been the most expensive. I doubt you'll be even able to find one.

Almost all 3rd party ones are the same as Official ones and cost less. I have a "Blaze" brand one and it owns.
