It has been opened and played for about an hour. I still have all of the packaging and can assemble it up just as it was when I bought it.

Great offer. I am in spokane too, but I am gonna hold off on the PS3 since I just got a $100 360 from amazon and I think my wife wants to get me a Wii for christmas.
