Disc read error, should I return my 360?

I bought my 360 the day after thanksgiving. In about a week I've gotten about 5 disc read errors on both GoW and Dead Rising. My 360 is still covered by my walmart reciept, should I take it back?

it should be fairly straight foreward, youre with-in the 30 day return period. take the thing in and exchange it.

and yes ive had 2 disk read errors in the last month and im goin to swap mine out.

Well, I had disc read errors on both games you havein my first week, though every since I havn't seen any (though the DVD drive is awfully loud). If you look around in some other threads around here, there are mentions of both games having DRE problems, probaly a problem with how the disc were written or something.

Though it probably is a smart move to just exchange it if you still can.
