Gears of War FYE Transworld Entertainment Rebate Invalid anyone help?

Got Gears of War from FYE since I had credit there and it had a $10 rebate. I sent it in and got that card in the mail that I know a lot of CAGs have gotten that says Missing UPC. I know my Rebate was correctly sent in. Everyone has had so much trouble with them in the past. What's that # to call where they accept your rebate right away? I did a search and came up with 1-888-221-4692 but the # is disconected. Thanx

TWEC can be a pain to deal with sometimes, but as long as you make backup copy of everything. just call them back and tell them you back up everything and will resubmit, most of the time they would re-validate for you right there and then. I guess, they will make more money for the people who didn't make backup or call in to re-validate their rebate.... good luck

p.s. oh. didn't see your post about phone number being disconnect. Search on internet for their number. i'm sure you can find it somewhere like (FW or SD)

these numbers might be dated, but this is what I was able to find:

thanx the first # is a real estate company but the second # worked and they validated it.
