Xbox.com and Passport network sites timing out

Anyone have any suggestions so I can log onto Xbox.com using my PC? It keeps timing out on me. I've checked my Firefox settings and I haven't changed anything. It just sits there loading the page for a good five or so minutes before timing out. Same thing with any Passport account networks like Hotmail. Every other page works fine though and it's been doing it for the past two or three days for me.

Not sure if it's the sites (I'm guessing it's on my end though), but I've tried running anti-virus and spyware apps and nothing comes up.

Ugh, thanks for confirming that it is indeed on my end. I've tried Firefox on PC as well as Mac. Trying Safari in a few. No luck with the two previous ones though. Is it a setting that I'm neglecting to notice? A router issue? Crap. If it's the router, I can't imagine why it'd only be for certain sites.

Nope. The only major thing I've done is take out a memory chip that went bad. Drivers are alright as well and there's no conflicts with hardware. I've actually got Xbox.com running now, but Passport sites like Hotmail are still a no go. I've had it trying to pull up the page for the last 15 minutes and it just shows it as continually loading.
