Is Marvel: UA friendly to people who don't really play videogames anymore? Also, how many players can play on one console offline? I couldn't tell from the reviews I read. TIA.

It's a button masher, so I guess that qualifies as easy enough to play. You can 4 players offline just like you can have 4 online.

There's probably a learning curve to the whole leveling up system, for non-video game players.

Other than that, it's fairly mindless.

I like it quite a bit. Traded some stuff in and got it. I mainly got it because all of the 360 games I have are really violent (looking at you GOW...) and I wanted to have something I could play when my 7 year old cousin comes over. It is a pretty good party game due to it's pick up and play gameplay.

Yeah, I pretty much agree with Fragged. It can get repetative at times. If you put the time into it to "configure" your characters, you'll find some fun depth, otherwise, you'll be wondering why stealing an enemy's ax does more damage than Iron Man's blasts.

I haven't tried multiplayer, online or off, so I can't help you there...

You can just set the game to auto-level the characters for you. So you don't even have to worry about that.

If you even remotely like Marvel super heroes, get it. Its a ton of fun by yourself, let alone 4 players.

Yaeh extremely easy for non-gamers. And it has a great pick up an dplay anytime feel to it. I could basically pick it up at any time and know what to do in it. If you have any interest in super heroes than definitely pick it up. I play it all the time with my younger cousins actually as obviously stuff like Call of Duty/Gears of War are not for them.
