Is anyone else getting major problems with the wireless headset. I mean mine will Desync every 10 minutes or so and take 30 seconds to resync back up. It's quite annoying. Also any word if MS is gonna do anything to fix this? It seems puzzling to me since it uses the same RF as the controllers, but i've never had an issue with those.

From the Man himself...

I have had the same problem but I think it is made to do that to an extent, mine does it every 10-20 mins but only for 5 seconds or less and then it is back to normal also I haven't had all the connection problems seen here

The problem seems widespread enough that it seems to be a fundmamental flaw in the hardware. Replacing the Unit probably wont fix anything =(

Mine works pretty good. I had some syncing issues early on and I thought it was my console. So I syncd it up with my roommate's console then back to mine and it was perfect. If ya can, try that. Good luck.

I just set myself up for a replacement through 18004MYXBOX. The lady on the other end cracked me up as she tried so hard to maintain conversation. "Are you a hardcore gamer?" and "What games do you play online? RPGs?" I appreciated the effort and was pretty surprised she knew the word RPG being a MS CSrep and all.

Are you using a controller from a launch system? Because I read that even though it syncs with the system, it is also tied to the controller. And controllers made in the last few months seem to work better with the wireless headset.
