I saw this too, but the downside is that you can't listen to XM Radio unless it's docked. Sure you can record it and listen to it later, but it just isn't the same. Still, it's a 512mb MP3 player for $25 shipped, if I didn't have my iPod I'd get this.

I have an 30GB iPod and a 1GB MP3 phone, but I bought 2 of these. Figured they'd make great Christmas gifts for my less tech-savy family.
