you might want to mention that in the topic title, since some of us don't deal with sealed games (myself included)

if you'd like me to open it before shipping it to you, i'd be glad to. :)

i still have both of these. if you're thinking that the best buy $15 gift card by mail deal on this game is a better deal, think again.

first of all, you will pay around $54 for the game at best buy after tax. that's already paying $14 more than what i'm shipping it for. then you have to cut your upc off the package and send it in and wait a couple months for them to send you a $15 gift card that you can only use at best buy.

so basically, you pay $14 extra to go through all that hassle to get a $15 gift card. if you just buy the game from me, you pocket the $14 and get to spend it wherever and on whatever you want and you don't have to wait months for it.

Why would you not deal with sealed games and only deal with opened/used games? I cannot come up with any concept of how that makes sense.

Maybe he thinks that the person will be looking for too much and prefers to go after cheaper preowned games.

Sorry to crap in your thread but that is false. I got mine from Best Buy yesterday. Not only did I use a 5 off coupon (from a free mag in the store) which knocks it down to 47.69 (that is including my 2.70 tax) but I got the rebate and I am quoting now

"Proof Of Purchase Requirements:
This Rebate Form
Copy Of Reciept (they gave me 2 a reciept and the rebate reciept)
A Photocopy of UFC barcode from box"

Not only that it says that I should recieve the rebate within 8 weeks.

I used the $5 GP coupon and then I'm getting a $15 rebate.. so it's like I got it for $29.99.. orrrrrrrr for $34.95 with a free copy of Outlaw Volleyball, since I got that, too. Either way :P

Bingo, we have a winner :)

Sealed game= $40
opened game= $20-$30

which one's the better deal?

These are not baseball cards or action figures, they're fucking video games and are ment to be played with (well so are figs, but that's another story).

yeah, obviously i didn't realize about the coupon when i posted. and i also thought you had to cut off the upc for the gift card. but last time i checked, 8 weeks is a couple months ;)

so, if you don't have a best buy or don't feel like waiting a couple months for a gift card and would rather save your cash, this is still a pretty good deal.

people always give this guy hassles when it comes to him offering new games for cheaper than 50

cut the guy a break. If he gets a Metroid Prime 2, RE4, or something like that this holiday I plan on making many trades with him
