what about a file though...would you still use the [img][/img format]?

No, in order to include it, it must be located on the internet. I suggest using ImageShack (http://www.imageshack.us/) to host the image, then adding the code into your sig.

Yea, when people have images that large.. its just irritating as can be.. try to reduce the size of that to about 25% or so if you could.

Thanks for that site. Ive been looking for a site to host an image for my sig. Now I just have to decide what image to use.

It's too big. There are limits on the size.
