I signed up this weekend for the chance to buy the wii at amazon. Ive had no luck finding it in stores since launch
checked my email this morning and nothing, so i thought i was out of luck till next year.
But i went to the amazon site and it said i was one of the ones selected so i could buy it. I went thru the checkout so fast i forgot to add some games. I cant wait till i get it.
The odds of getting selected were 1 in 20ish. I hope the people trying to get one to play are as lucky as me.

I got one. FINALLY! I've struck out everywhere I went. I chose 2-day shipping to get it here on the quick. I can't wait.

I am in CT and so far I have managed to get my hands on 5 wii systems. I kept one for myself, ebayed one, and had my friends pay me back for the other 3. I can't believe everyone is having so much trouble...

You're telling me! :D I'm enthused right now. I woke up my wife, and she gave me a smile and said, "goooooood" in a I really don't care sort of way. Friday can't come soon enough.

Could it be because people are buying them to put on Ebay perhaps?
I got denied on the Amazon thing.

wow 3 days >_> i just waited in line for 1hr about 3 weeks ago and was able to get a wii. ?_?
