just got a new computer with 256MB nVidia Geforce 7300LE TurboCache graphics card.. saw that newegg.com was having this deal on 7600gt for around $80..

my question is, will there be a big difference if i upgraded a 7300le to a 7600gt?? Is it even worth it or should i just save my money for something else..

thanks again guy..

Oh dear GOD yes! The 7300 is their lowest end product. This is an update over the old 6200 and runs just marginally faster than that did. The 7600gt is an excellent price/performance card. For all intents and purposes a 7600gt runs about as fast as the old 6800 Ultra did.

you could get the 7600gt or save some money and grave a higher end 7900gt ko or something with 512 megs. newegg had/has an evga 7900 gtko with 512 megs or ram for something like 249 or 259 after rebates....that's badass right there. i've got the 256 meg version and it runs everything and anything amazingly.

what has been said about the 7300 is true though, it's an ok card just not boss.
