what is the best way to go about getting this game? Its so rare, and ebay sells it for like 80 dollars. Anyone have any tips?

ebay has been in the 40 range lately, assuming you don't need it sealed. I doubt you'll do much better than that.

I would have to agree. I completely lucked out on my copy. I got it through one of TRU's clearance sales. I think I paid less than 20. Great game BTw.

I have a copy (wont let let it go in the $40 range) that I am about to put in a trade for a Guardian Heroes/PDS combo. Would you like to offer on it before I do?

Check your EB/GS around you. Two near me show it available and for $44.99 with 10% off it isn't too bad. I was able to buy one extra during the buy 2 get 1 free sale for a friend as well. If you go to the site, search for shin megami. Then when the results come up, scroll to the bottom of the list and click "show backordered items" and it should bring up a backordered result for nocturne which you can click and type in your zip code to search around you. Don't bother typing in nocturne in the search bar, you won't get any results!
