Did USPS change rates/services?

For some reason, the option to select media mail, parcel, or first class doesn't show up when I use USPS's online calculator unless I picked my package as being in a box. When I select envelope, I can only pick Priority or next day no matter what weight I use.

Did they change their services or is is an error online?

You can obviously send 1st class mail in an envelope so looks like a glitch on their site.

Keep in mind 1st class mail is for 13 ounces or less.
