Bragging rights galore....

High noon on 23rd street as I approached the Hobo Fleamarket in Chelsea Manhattan. Tucked away beneath the soiled oriental rugs and broken character lamps sat a torn up kitchen bag spilling a little black magic box....

It was all too out of place to be there for too much longer... and the dealer had no idea "if that old Atari worked" but the whole bag would be mine for 25 bucks....

All I had was a 20... and he was more than happy to let it go.
Squished together in the bag were all the hookups... the 3 controllers... 14 games and one magical glowing piece of plastic called Panzer Dragoon Saga.

20 Bucks. All in great condition.... and system in working order.

Saaaaaweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet.

that reminds me of the day when i found my colecovision and when i bought panzer dragoon zwei for 5 bucks.......and my SNES COMPLETE XBAND for 2 bucks.........i almost crapped my pants when i got those deals.

Awesome find joystickz! I had a similar experiece years ago at a local pawn shop. In the window, in excellent condition was a Neo Geo Gold System complete. One of the controllers and the memory card were still wrapped in plastic. The owner said "he has not tested that nintendo, and all sales were final". I picked it up with Magician lord for $50. I later sold it for $400. Miracles do happen sometimes fellas.

my eb had virtua cop w/ gun complete, PD zewie (SP?), and baku Baku animal all used for $3 apiece but I skipped them to buy SSBM (I had actually bought baku baku animal after the other two were bought up, but promptly traded it in)
