Need help with p2p program

I can get utorrent to work and connect with full speed with a few tweaks, but when I try to connect on limewire or frostwire it just wont connect and just stays at the "connecting". :cry:

Edit: Also, I do not know if this is against the rules to talk about p2p programs. So sorry if it is and delete it if it is.

Ok first of all I don't think is illegal to talk about p2p because it does have legit purposes.

As far the connecting goes I have never used Limewire but it sounds like a firewall is blocking the program, try disabling all firewalls and then see if it works.
