Lost in Blue ebay prices seem to have gone up considerably recently, and it seems to be relatively hard to find. Does anybody have an opinion on if it has become rare, and does anyone know if Konami might reprint it around the time the sequel comes out in a few months?

I think it got reprinted, but the game has always been relatively rare. I'd pick it up on sight if you don't own it at this point.

esp if the sequel is popular, there will be more demand for the game

Konami seems to print their GBA and DS games in small batches but frequently. When they stop selling, they seem to print the batches less or just stop altogether.

I think it's a really fun game, but I just wish you didn't get so damn hungry and thirsty so quickly.

I feel the same way. But not about the game.

That's how I feel whenever I'm on an island, like Guam.

Can anyone recommend a resource for tracking down a copy of Lost in Blue? I've scoured the net, as well as my local chain stores.
They're going for upwards of $60-100 on eBay and Amazon...my cheap ass would rather not pay that much, obviously.

I got back in Sept. I think for $12 used at Game Crazy, thanks to CAG. One of the first DS games I picked up.
Now I'm thinking I better start moving on some of these other games while they are still available! I've gotten spoiled buying Xbox games for under $10.

I finally found one! I was in the Hudson Valley Mall in Kingston, NY recently and scored a used "Lost in Blue" at EB for $22.50. This was after checking nearly every other EB, GS, BB, CC, TRU, and GC in the Poughkeepsie area.
Game Crazy took $5 from me under the guise of a "special order". If they manage to track down a copy for me I'll offer it up to the CAGs at a reasonable price...I'm not holding my breath, though.
