Since Google Checkout charges right away, you will *not* automatically receive a refund if the order is cancelled. You actually need to call 1-800-TOYSRUS and have them submit a credit request to have your card refunded, which may take up to 7-10 business days.

That's something to keep in mind if you're considering making an order. I work for toysrus.com, and Google Checkout is the bane of our existence.

I wouldn't be surprised if they cancelled all of the mis-priced orders, but then again they may honor them too - I've seen stranger things get by us.

Toysrus.com totally deserves that customer rating, by the way. The policies we have to abide by make it *really* hard for us to help out our customers at times, and it seems that the people working in TRU's warehouses are retarded monkeys. If any of you have already suffered any difficulties at the hands of toyrus.com, I apologize on behalf of myself and everyone I work with. We feel your pain.

I cancelled my order two days after making it, then I got a surprise in my e-mail that it was processing. I was so pissed. I called TRU and they told me that my cancellation, despite being made 3 months before the game came out, was a request.

Then, they said they couldn't cancel it or change the address [I've moved]. Luckily it's shipped by that retarded method of going half UPS than USPS. That means I have a slight chance of seeing this game.

I'm not too happy about this whole thing.
