So the coupon is good through tomorrow right? I plan on stopping in there and trading in GOW and picking up a couple games.

i honestly feel kind of bad for wanting to trade gears, but i just can't have fun with that game anymore. vegas ruined the cover system, and COD3 is great for just fun MP. i swore i'd never trade in another game since the prices have gone up, but $40 is too good to pass up on for something i really have no desire to play anymore.

that $40, plus my 10 in store credit could put me close to one brand new copy of crackdown.

Picked up Fight Night Round 3 for $19.86. I told myself I wasn't going to buy any games this month, but I couldn't help myself.

gunna pick up GRAW tommorow. I may or may not pick up condemned. I know i'll love the story and campaign but is there enough replayability to make me want to play it more than once?
I should pick up call of duty 2 since I don't have that yet but I'm sure I'll find that new for 20$ or less which is probably better than like 18$ used...

Yeah I also got in on the Fight Night 360 price drop (it was the first thing that came to my mind when I heard this deal). Was gonna get it for PS3 but no way I could pass up this deal on the 360 version. Stacked the 25% with 10% MORE Card and got it for $18.14 including tax. Thanks OP!

I feel bad but I think i'm going to have to trade in GOW. $44 in trade-in-credit is just too hard to pass up. I beat it on Hardcore and Insane as well as in co-op so until or if they beef up multi-player modes I can deal without having the game.

Now the only thing is which used games to pick up. Currently I own quite a few titles and have to decide between Dead Rising, Condemned, GRAW, BFME, and King Kong to pick up...too hard of a decision.

its this thing they have for game store employees. basically, you take quizzes to better know the product you're trying to sell (aka sales pitch), and in return, they give you games for cheap. all the microsoft games and a couple other mostly crappy ones for $5 plus shipping. pretty sweet deal considering you don't actually make any real money at gamestop.

That sucks, there are like six of them around town, and the one I just went to had the case and stuff. What sucks more is I paid full price for it since I was game hungry back when it came out. Now I am drowning in 360 games...

I want to use the coupon but there isn't much else to use it on that I don't already have. I would use the coupon on Star Trek Legacy but haven't found it used around here. Sigh. Better that I don't spend more anyways.

Man did I get a good deal. I printed out the coupon this morning and decided to go to EBGames this afternoon, after school. I picked up NCAA 07 Football, PGR3, Fable, Crimson Skies, and the $15 Ebgames EDGE card to get the 10% discount. For the games total it was supposed to be $70, I got them for $52.

My total was $66.xx. Thats pretty damn good for 2 360 games, 2 xbox games, the EB card, and a year of Game Informer.

Oh and I did get to stack the coupon and card.

The normal trade in price of gears dropped to $30 today so the coupon game $10 instead of $7 as printed on it. 10% for the edge card on the original trade in price = and extra $3 dollars.

I know that it dropped today because I went to the store that the District Manager for my area works and he told me himself that is why I got 43 and that was fine with me. I should have included that in my other post sorry about that.

Made two trips on this deal, and found the following:

Store #1:
DOA4
Perfect Dark LE minus the bonus disc

Store #2:
GRAW
Kameo
Chromehounds
N3: Ninety Nine Nights
Plus, swapped the PDZ single disc for the PDZ game disc + bonus disc

A little less than $110 for everything, dipping into my credit for my Wii fund. Couldn't find FNR3 at store #2, though store #1 had FNR3, though the disc looked like crap.

I went to another EB Games today and picked up "Battle for Middle Earth II". The disc wasn't in the pristine condition I usually prefer, but I took it since none of the other stores I have visited had any used copies. This was a great sale. I got "BFME", "Kameo", and "G.R.A.W" all for around $52. It really jump started my 360 collection.

:cry: I went to pick up Samurai Warriors 2, as the online thing said they had some in stock. I got there 10 minutes before closing, and I went to look for it. I couldn't find it, so I asked the one guy working if they had it. He said someone came in to get it earlier and he couldn't find the disc. So I go over and decide I'll just get Marvel Ultimate Alliance. I take it to the front, he spends 5 minutes looking for the disc, and again he can't find it. So today, I didn't pick up squat.

Although he did take my phone number and he said he'll call me if he can find it in the next few days and if he can he said he'll just manually override the price to give me 25% off.

I got Kameo, DOA4, and PGR3 for 47 or so.
These were all games I bought a year ago for 180.
They are all games I traded in 6 months ago for 105 total.

Very interesting how it all works.

Wierd thing is, the game I liked the most at launch (AMPED) and used to be able to find tons of, I haven't seen in ages.
