I just got back from Fry's in Vegas and picked up the Hip Gear 2.4 Ghz cordless Xbox controller for $19.99 - great deal. I think they also had PS2 ones.

I was going to get a Controller S but this way I save $10 AND lose the cord. :)

it's not that bad, the only problem I had with it is the buttons have the letters engraved. So since I press them so hard my thumb started hurting. But for 20 bucks a wireless controller is a pretty good deal if you hate wires.

Save up and get the Logitechs. Really great controllers. Make sure to get the second and smaller versions though.

I have them, and like them. use rechargeable batteries, and watch out for the macro button. I thought they weren't working right, turns out we had activated the macro button. I like to watch and listen to Morgan, but I don't put much stock in what either one of them says.

Yeah, I dig it. I only use it for simple games where I know I'm not going to be going crazy on the controller. It's NOT the controller to use for Halo or any Live game, but for something like Fusion Frenzy, Madden, or Psi Ops it works pretty good.

And, honestly, for $20 can you go wrong? Even if it's just an extra controller you save for when you need it.

I didn't realize it eats up batteries fast though. I'll have to invest in some rechargeables. Thanks for the tip.

I picked it up from Fry's in Vegas as well a month or so ago. Works great for me.
