I just picked up my brand new Scion tC this morning. This thing is amazing for the cheapass price tag on it. It's a 2door sports coupe, has the Camry 2.4L DOHC engine, 6 disc in-dash CD changer, 17" wheels, all glass roof, power everything.. and the thing rides like a dream.
I was amazed the power this thing really has, the 160hp engine really has some pep to it, even with the 4 spd automatic behind it. The interior, although very plastic, still has good ergonomics, the controls are intuitive and it has some interesting gizmos like the flip cover on the radio. It's also roomy enough for my 6'1", 230lb frame in the front or the back seat amazingly enough.
The kicker.. all this for slightly less than $17,000 new... anyone looking for a new car, check these things out.
Oh.. and it looks nothing like those shit on a stick looking xA and xB things they first came out with.

When I get out of college, I was thinking of buying either a Celica or an RSX. But after seeing this car, I'm starting to change my mind. I'm liking everything I see about this car, especially the price. I'm glad your saying good things things about it, it looks very nice and sleak.

Yeah, these tCs look awesome. If they came out a year earlier, I probably would have gotten one. I like my Camry, though. Can't beat Toyota.

Congrats! I loved getting my new truck. The first thing I did was rip out the stock cd player and install a boomin system! Fuck letting the deal service your ride, way over priced. You can get the OEM parts and have your mechanic install them. If I went with Nissans service scheduale, I would have paid $3000 a year! Oh ya, and if there are any problems, no matter how small, MAKE them fix it. Its YOUR NEW CAR, you paid for it, and deserve to have it %100. ENJOY!

I would be more concerned about that .67 gpa rather than the car you are going to get. :D

Ive got a black 95 camaro with a flowmaster exhaust, and a decent system. This was to replace the black 93 camaro that was totaled when a nun swerved into my lane and hit me almost head on.
