Anyone here use the Nyko Intercooler?

Well my dad bought it for his 360 and within 2 weeks the intercooler crapped out (I was playing dead rising and my game just crapped out and I got the 4 red rings), sure enough it was the damn intercooler. So my question is does anyone else use this product and well have they had any problems and do you think when I do get a replacement should I use it since my last one crapped out, and can anyone offer another cooling solution (because my dad thinks the 360 is in a small space and we should get some extra cooling to it).

There are probably 20 other topics on it as well. Call Nyko as they are saying if they do cause the problem that they will refund the price of the 360.
