Well this sucks. If Capcom goes to XBox exclusivity it will ruin so many...wait a minute, I agree with that other guy. I can't think of a single Capcom series that has really had my attention since the SNES era (sorry, never a RE fan though I'm sure it's a fantastic series for fans of that genre).

Apparently it was an internet rumor on the order of about 20 places deep. There was a rumor about a MEGATON announcement in Osaka at 1AM EST about Microsoft. I (and everyone else) just naturally added up all the rumors and came to that conclusion. Not that Capcom being exclusive would be all that bad, Dead Rising, Lost Planet are already, and it would make sense to bring Resident Evil to the 360 given the surge in the userbase. Oh well.

Nothing to see here.

Gamespot has this debunked on their first page. Microsoft actually said it's just a rumor from three years ago that pops up every year.

And for what it's worth, I think Capcom has done an AMAZING job being Capcom in every single generation. I mean you can tell from playing Lost Planet that it's from the same company that made Bionic Commando and Mega Man, etc. They just keep making innovative, great playing stuff IMO (although I guess they have lost people recently, so who knows, but to date they never cease to impress me).

t's supposed to be RE4-type gameplay spanning from parts of RE1-4, only with the Wii-Mote. Nothing like a lightgun game.
