Building in AMD AM2 machine and I'm trying to save money on the motherboard. I want something with at least Nvidia 570 sli chipset as I figure I'll eventually hook a second GPU into it to boost performance for less money then a new comp. I've been eyeing this board :

$150 seems pricey though. On the other hand they have the same board as an OEM version for $82.99, much better, but this will be my first computer assembly and I don't want to get a box with no cables that will require me to buy a dozen other things off of newegg. I'm open to suggestions.
