The only thing I've seen this far is that they said that they aren't going to settle on one for now. They said they are going to let consumers decide. I think I saw it in one of the blogs on wired.com. Maybe someone can back me up on this?

All joking aside, but this could be major news. Let's be honest, "adult entertainment" is a huge business. Why do you think there are so many websites and so many DVD's out? It's because it sells. Many people are going to want to have a few of these movies in their format. If one has them and one doesn't, all being equal, I think HD will win the war (as I said, everything else being equal).

I wonder though, the industry isn't against suing, I wonder if they'll sue Sony and force them to allow movies.

When Vista's adoption rate climbs, and people are able to stream any type of media file (not just .wmv); a bittorrent client and a 360 will do a lot more good than any blu-ray or HD-DVD player.
