There were a few sports games for each system, but I couldn't remember the years. I wasn't exactly looking for Xbox or GC, but those are what I remember. I'll add more if I think of them. This a great deal, check your CC, I'm not sure if this is nationwide, but I hope so.

I NEED to get a copy of Robin Hood: Defender of the Crown PS2.

I was supposed to get one before it shipped but there was a falling out at the company and 90% of the employees left. Too bad, as the ones who left were the reason I was working there part time (and hoped to turn it into a full-time IT gig once they had shipped their first original product). So I'm credited in the manual/game... but need to buy my own copy.

That's no suprise. You can't call on these types of sales, as no employees or managers ever know about them. I just got back and got Marvel vs Capcom 2 xbox, they almost didn't sell it to me for $4.99 because the girl didn't believe it was right even though that's what it scanned at. She went and talked to her manager and after waiting like 10 minutes, she said he said even though it doesn't make sense, she had to sell it to me. Always go to the store and check it out yourself. The sale is legit.

One of the Circuit City near me sucks. Last time there was a sale, I bought a few games, then an employee saw me and the started scanning a lot of games to see if he can get any cheap games. I walked away laughing because I took most of the games.

Just took a quick trip to my CC, grabbed two games I wanted and asked the clerk to scan them. Both came up 4.99.

So I grabbed two more and headed to the checkout. I got Disgaea and Guilty Gear X for PS2 and Marvel-Capcom and Spy Hunter 2 for XBOX.

One thing that wasn't obvious to me -- if your CC has the games stacked on metal racks, make sure you look behind the games you can see. Disgaea was hidden behind Devil May Cry 2.

I just got back from walking to a Circuit City near where I live, and it seems like someone before me asked if Disgaea: Hour of Darkness was in stock, but it wasn't. Anyone here live in Glendale, Califnoria?

Man, how do you check the prices of these games at the CircuitCity? I went to mine in St.Pete FL, and the bin of cheap games didnt have much. There was no Ikaruga for the GC. And when I looked at CircuitCity.com and at the store's stupid computer that just runs CircuitCity.com, they dont even have Ikaruga listed on the site. I thought the site is directly tied into the stores inventory?

Basically, how can I find out what games are $4.99 if the discounts are still there tommorow?

Take them up to the cashier and have them scan them. The games in the bins are crap, the good games will all be on the shelves still. The CC website is not connected to the B&M inventory.

Sorry man. Between Bigben and I we have you beat. We both went to the one in Christiana at the same time. It had crapped. Then I drove up to Wilmington. Got the last copies of Disgaea. They have a boatload of Castlevania LOI, but I was too stupid to bother and have it checked. Else I would have picked one up.

The Wilmington one ALWAYS has a much better selection. They had a copy of the bouncer there, and that's an old game. Wasn't interested but it's still there. Saw Gungrave, but I wasn't looking for Mario Party 4, Ikaruga, or VJ. I'm 99% sure the last two weren't there. Also I doubt MP4 was there. But I'm going to go back up there tomorrow morning at opening.
