I just started watching this series a few days ago. So far, I'm through the first 6 episodes. Man, is it a good show! "Well, my days of not taking you seriously are certainly coming to a middle." I laughed out loud at that line. :-)

Kinda odd. The CC around here has it for 17.99 this week.

I just picked up the series on Amazon for $20 several weeks ago and watched episode 1 through 4. The 5 minute opening scene of episode 1 (The battle of Serenity or something along those lines) is perhaps the lamest intro on a pilot episode I've ever seen, but rest of the show thereafter is friggen awsome. I say its on par with Battlestar Galactica in the sci-fi genre.
