Need Help with PS2 gamesaves

I used action replay dumped all my PS2 gamesaves to a USB flashdrive, what is the setup i need to do to get the ps3 to read it?

I think the only way is to use the Memory Card adapter. As of now I"m pretty sure that is the only way.

copy it back to a PS2 memory card and buy the sony adapter

that can't be the only way because when you go to look at the virtual mem card with a USB in it lets you view that but it says contents are empty. Probably i have to name the folder a special name
