Bookcloseouts.com (http://www.bookcloseouts.com) currently has a lot of Tokyopop titles (1040 right now). A few are crap like That's So Raven and Lizzie McGuire, but the majority are manga. I've been ordering from them for a few years now - kinda flinch when I see how much I've spent there - and have never had and issue with them. I'd say very reliable. I've never had a problem with them over 30 orders and 4 years, and they seem to have good reviews. They are the online US branch of the Canadian store "Book Depot" - a closeout/remainder bookseller, so most of their books will have a small black mark on the top of the book. See the website for more details on that. I think shipping is actual cost, with $1 handling applied to the order. My order was a total of 23 books and shipping was $9.75 for their standard shipping (media mail).

Just do a google search for coupons. There's usually an active 5 off 35 or 10 off 60 floating around.
