As a seller, crap like this really pisses me off. You should have to register for Ebay just like you have to for Paypal. They should have to verify your identification and address by a credit card or bank account. I've had too many NPB's with hotmail accounts, fake addresses and fake phone #'s. 9 times out of 10 it's some dumbass underage bitch you never ends up having to pay for their misdeeds.
