The Xbox Live 12 Month card is $59.99 and comes with a bonus month. So $59.99 gets you 13 months of Xbox Live. $69.99 gets you 12 months + the 2 XBLA games + 200 marketplace points + 1 Vision Camera + 1 Headset.

The Vision Camera retails for $39.99 and the Headset is $24.99 or something but nobody needs it because it comes with the Xbox 360.
