Ps1 games with mouse support?

I'm only aware of one game that supported the mouse, XCOM: UFO Defense. I was wondering if someone were to put xcom into the ps3, and plugged in a USB mouse would it work to control the game or would I have to buy a ps1 mouse and get one of those controller adapters and hope it works? Anyone have a ps1 mouse game to test?

This may not be the answer you are looking for, but you need the PS1 mouse to play on PS2. A USB mouse wouldn't work. I have a feeling it is the same way on PS3.

Another PS1 game that's not on that list is Alien Resurrection. I seem to recall someone telling me years ago that this game was almost impossible to play on the PS1 without the mouse.
