BBV deal on crackdown?

i heard this but im not sure if its true does anyone know if its true that BBV will be doing one of those "trade 3 360, or four PS2/GC/xbox games" deals?

I'm in Edmonton, but must go out of the city to find a BBV that takes trade-ins. Some weirdo city bylaw, supposedly, yet EB Games does it all over Edmonton!

Anyway, just outside of Edmonton is St. Albert, and I've gone there a few times to trade in DVDs and games. Was there this past Thursday thinking to possibly trade in some games on this 'trade 3 360 games or 4 others' deal, but all they would let you trade towards was some PS2 game that I wasn't that keen on at the time. The kid there said the titles change & I should phone back, although it's also possible it's more for PRE-ORDERS of games, not currently shipping ones.

Best to phone your local BBV until you find someone who actually knows about the promotion & see what's up. It's easy to find discrepancies between two BBVs that are near to each other!

You should check back sometime in February. And yeah, the deal dies the day the game comes out unless you find a nice store willing to still do it. The only game you can currently trade 4 for is God of War II (PS2).

Yeah. EB is doing Trade 3 games $8 or more for Crackdown. You could potentially get Crackdown for $30 if you play your cards right.

well when i talked to the guy he said all 360 games will count towards this deal, so as posted earlier, im doinf PGR3, Gun, and Tomb Raider Legends

It's unlikely they do though. If they do take any 360 game... hot damn. Get back to me ASAP >_> Rogers Video sells Ridge Racer 6, NHL 2K6, NBA 2K6, and some others at $10.

I preordered my copy of crackdown at BBV and they didnt even know if they were doing preorders on it let alone any deals.
