Interesting find at CC, YMMV for sure

Youa ll may know about how my lame ass brother sold 8 of my CC games without my knowledge. Anyway, I went up to CC again (a 25 minute drive) to see if I could find somethig, anything, to help with that. I saw some guys clearing shelves of 5 dolar games(Mabe for the sale on sunday?) when I came across a stock LOZ:Collector's edition. I had them scan it and it was $4.99. They only had ONE and it was shoved on the bottom rack with a bunch of other crap, but it's worth a look if you guys go back. Of course, this may just be divine intervention to ease the pain of losing 8 games.

best buy used to sell the game for 99.99 outside of the bundle... :-)

Sorry bud, I don't have it. Most of my CC receipts are gone. That was bought on a single ticket (I went after I found out 8 of my games were stolen to salvage something) and stumbled accross it. the only ones I have are the ones I bought multiple games on (like the stolen ones) so I can price matcha t BB, CompUSA etc. All you can do is take my word for it. Like I said, it's eXTREME YMMV. They were selling them at TRU after Christmas, right before the promo ended for lik 14 bucks. I think it was a left over from the Christmas promo that no one got. When I say it was shoved behind crap, it was really shoved behind crap on the bottom of the shelf. It was wedged between and behind stacked Multiple copies of MOH: Rising Sun, which I guess dettered 4.99 seekers from loking there. And trust me, people will lowball you on everything. If you feel you're getting lowballed, take it to ebay. That's what I do.

Stores all got a bunch of copies solo for when the promo bundle first started to go along with the systems they already had that were shipped before the promotion. It's believable and a good score to boot.

Seriously, I vaguely remember it and even then those extra copies were gone in a real short time. Man that store must not sell any GC games at all :P .

Actually, it was one of the stores that was completely wiped clean. It just so happened that it was wedged quite safely behind many copies of the same game that was not 4.99. I agree that I lucked out, but hell, if they had one here, they could have em anywhere.

Damn nice considering EB B&M raised the used price of this to $59.99 and gives you $28 trade in value for it haha
