http://www.toysnjoys.com has NHL2K2 for 9.99, but their shipping is really high due to them being located in hawaii. Besides that you might want to check ebay and amazon marketplace resellers but even still you are probably not going to find either for under 10 dollars each new. They both seem to have high prices despite being old sports titles.
I have NHL2k2 and it is fun, but unless you are collecting Dreamcast titles I don't think it's worth more then ten. If you are collecting Dreamcast titles it is the last US released game I believe, which could explain the apparent lack of bargain bin prices on it.

It worth check out your local eb or gamestop.Sport games like these are pretty easy to come by since they are in low demand.They are currently having 75% off dreamcast game sale.It will cost from quarter to $2.50.
