Anything not sold by a private individual. It only works if you buy from a company on ebay.

You mean that stuff about Personal Accounts in the terms? AKAIK you can't sell on eBay with a personal account, because they can't take credit cards. When you go to list something eBay forces you to upgrade to a Premier Account, or at least they did to me years ago.

You can stay personal until someone uses their credit card to buy from you, so basically it wont be long before you are a premier member. Also, you can't put anywhere in your auction that you don't take credit cards, you must take all forms of payment paypal allows if you offer paypal.
