For those that want to know, it doesn't look like it would be hard to get the points (as long as it works). It's set up like the other "this_isfree" sites that don't require credit cards. Mostly signups for survey panel sites, etc. that range from around .4 points to 2 points each, and then there are some other things that require more, but are worth more points like some psychic reading online that gives you 25 points.

well first off true.com was not easy for everyone, after repeated promises to get back to me the very next day the guy never did, and on top of that true.com charged me for a trial membership, and the xbox guy, without even the decency to even get back to me, didnt even send me my points despite the fact that i not only did a free trial, i had to pay for it!

as for this alot of sites laud completely free surveying but i am no longer willing to do anything involving giving my credit card or even paying a small fee, it just isnt worth the insanity, but if this site just has nice free questionares that you can get to earning a point card then great. only problem is after reading their forums and seeing the complaints, everyone is complaining after spending money to get certain points and not even getting approved.

well that isnt different, its sounds like the same trial (they must have a deal with alot of suspicious free stuff people to get referalls) you just opted to stop before the credit card thing (as i'm sure that's not what the requirment was) and were lucky enough to get approved, i wonder how many others required credit cards and you just bypassed but hey if it works that it works, i just didnt think you could get approved by not even completing it.

Some work fine with fake info, others don't. I've been giving fake/different addresses and phone numbers than my own and so far I've gotten 15 points without resorting to any requiring a cc. Some do actually check your address to see if it's real so make sure to send McDonalds all your junk mail.

That's what I'm worried about. I've done many of the free offers and I still have a ways to go. I'm quickly running out of choices. Hopefully when I've done all of the free ones and all of my pending offers get approved I will have enough.

You have to call or e-mail customer support and give them the order # and they will tell you the status of your order.

Their email team said they can't for security reasons and I'd imagine they will tell you the same thing if you call. Must be some way around it.

You can retry them, by going to disapproved and then clicking make them available.

Supposely its that the offer didn't like you or something, you didn't provide a "lead" for the offer. Kinda like when you get denied for surveys. I'm actually at 28.54 with no offers left, since I keep getting disapproved but I'll hopefully get em off my refs lol or a new offer (they added two new offers yesterday, but one was already removed because it was complete or something)

Oh, and I wouldn't try with the second account .. it'll just end up with your first one kicked out. Make sure you don't do duplicate offers on their other sites then request payment be sent to your other one, or they'll remove both accounts.

again, they list alot of duplicate "sister site" offers, so once you do many surveys you'll find many getting dissaproved simply because you technically already did a survey from them (why gaming lagoon lists multiple ones from the same place like that i do not know).

You can use your same account to continue, however in most cases, there isn't enough offers currently to continue to gain free stuff, however they do add offers. They added three offers today, including one big offer that does require a CC .. and they added two completely free offers two days ago, as well. And someone did try Cash Lagoon recently, and stated there wasn't many offers different from Gaming Lagoon .. if you find different offers, you may signup in Cash Lagoon and transfer your points (by PMing an admin I believe, I posted a link previously that stated how .. I can fish it up if you want)

That all depends on how many classic games you want to buy. If there are a lot more then go for the points. However, check to see if some of those games will only work with the classic controller.

And about that message, that is just a generic message encouraging you to look into the sponsors. Has nothing to do with you getting points.

I was thinking that I could buy a $25 Visa gift card, spend $20 of it on wii points, and then sign up for the other offers using the card number. I would have enough points for 2 wii cards. 3 wii point cards for $25 would be awesome!, but will that work? Would I even need to cancel the trials, because there wouldn't be enough money on the card? Essentially, I am scheming how to get the credit without having to cancel the trials/ risk getting charged. 8-)

Yes you can do them again by making them available from the "Disapproved" offers .. make sure you clear cookies every few offers as well. And I don't see why the CC thing wouldn't work, the eFax only put a hold on $1.

Hmmm, I requested it when it was 22 points and it was possessed for 22 points, but now it says they charged me 24 points?! I asked them what the deal was this morning using their forums but they didn't really tell me anything.

EDIT: OK I don't think I was charged more then 22 points for the card looking through my back emails but it is odd how it says 24 points now.
