When playing as a team in the Barclay's, do you get to play League, Carling Cup etc even though there are no lower leagues? If so, is it randomly generated teams and logos and such?

Seems like FIFA '07 on the 360 is kinda on the garbage end of the spectrum. The IGN review (http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/743/743010p1.html) says there are only 117 teams included, which is a huge drop from the 500+ in the PS2 version.
To make matters worse, there are apparently some serious control flaws. I was pretty excited about getting a 360 soccer game, but neither this or the new Winning Eleven seem to be very inspired. I'll be waiting for the '08 versions I guess.
