Like, under 10 bucks a CD? Albmus are way too expensive for a disc and a box. I don't want no used crap though....

Check out Best Buy, they usually have a lot of good albums for $9.99
Same goes for Circuit City. Other than that, check out sites like Ruckus if you're only interested in the music, not the actual cd and box.

It's real, I've used it for over a year, but they don't carry everything so you'll be SOL on somethings. It's a great service though and completely legitimate. Only reason I quit was because they raised the price, it used to be $4.99 per disc.

Buying CDs really sucks, because places like Best Buy don't carry a very large selection, especially if you have taste. So you're forced to go online or to smaller record shops, and they just can't compete when it comes to price--if you don't want to buy used, it just makes things worse. I'm also curious to see if anyone knows of online alternatives.
EDIT: Mojimbo, thanks for posting that site. I have to browse the selection a little more, but it looks like it may be a decent option.

I used it until they raised the prices to $6.99. I am truly CHEAP.

Before the new year they were saying prices were going to be raised, but since then the price has stayed at 5.99. For me at least.
