Already saw it on Friday before Ghost Rider. Some guy in the theater seemed happy to see it, as he yelled out once everybody figured out what the fuck it was. Maybe that was you?

Nope, my gf and I were not in AZ on Friday. Shit this was attached to Ghost Rider?!?! fuck!!! I was waiting in the damn consession line for like 10 minutes because the people behind the counters were TOO DAMN SLOW! :( I missed all the trailers except for the last 15 seconds of Spiderman 3, which I already saw. My gf said the ones during the trailer were stupid looking, but didn't tell me which ones..argh!!!

The trailers before GR were Grindhouse, Spider-Man 3, Resident Evil, and maybe one or two others.

Resident Evil: Apocalypse had a better teaser... but judging from the sat pull back of North America, the US is now a desert waste land... I really like to know how the hell did that happen? Nukes...don't think so. Nukes don't turn everything to sand.

I enjoyed the trailer and thought the effects were cool (a dystopian appocalyptic future vegas, come on), but what it has to do with the series I have no idea. Eh.. it'll be a good blow up action flick and that's really all that should be expected.

WTF Pancakes. This pisses me off so much. You'd think with a 50 million budget they'd actually spend some money on MAKE-UP EFFECTS! The zombies look so shitty, just some dirt and crusty blood, and i bet all the 'gore' will be just little tiny flashes of blood just like the last two films. Yet somehow i can see myelf in the theater watching it.

Yea, and why were all the landmarks in such close proximity? Other than that, I thought it looked semi-interesting. But then again, I have never enjoyed the first two movies which I just coincidentally saw. One more thing. Milla Jovovich is the queen of weird hairstyles in movies. If I was her, I think I would be pissed about this versions buttcut. How much could that really drive the story, really?

They were on the Las Vegas Strip. Casinos: MGM Grand, New York New York, Paris, etc.

Once they showed Alice doing superhuman kicks and other moves I immediately lost any remaining interest in the movie. I guess part of me was hoping they wouldn't make the third movie as ridiculous as the second. The trailer just confirmed that I was wrong.

Video Game dorks/geeks/nerds/kotakus/whatever you would have yourself called will never be pleased with the transition to the screen of any beloved video game franchise. Same can be said of some fans of LOTR or fans of Alan Moore's works that have been translated to screen (though i enjoyed From Hell immensely and the same can be said of V for Vendetta which was pretty spot on IMO).
