No longer OOS, and they have it from one of their partners for $188.

Very tempting for me, since I've been wanting a high capacity player since my 5th gen iPod was stolen...

I would say this is a better deal than NewEgg's since there is no rebate.

initial cost at newegg $220+tax~238
+$5shipping=243
-$50 rebate=$193<--final cost

The Vision:M is much better than a refurbished Ipod. The newest Gen Ipod is a bit thinner, but the older ones are around the same thickness. Vision:M's have way better features all around though.

no, its total of $170 shipped. well no tax for me.
I remember it was:

$215 + $5 shipping = $220 shipped
After $50 rebate = $170

Yeah it was $170 (after rebate) for me too and I got the white one before it increased to $175.

But hey for an extra $70 dollar on the Amazon site, you could get the 60 GB one: http://www.amazon.com/o/ASIN/B000I5PGOM/ref=s9_asin_title_3/102-9080962-5703306

Just a tip for those thinking of gettin this (I did a couple weeks ago when the rebate first came out): make sure your mp3 library is properly tagged. I had an iriver H320 before, and that was a beautiful wonderful USB-hard drive-esque mp3/video player, so I could create a file tree. The Vision:M sorts everything by the tags, so for example I had some songs by "acidman" and some by "ACIDMAN", leading to all sorts of fun.

So yeah, very beatiful product, screens awesome, etc etc. but be prepared for a lil sorting if you get lazy with your tags.

Totally worth it. I gave in and paid the 260 for the 60gb though. 30 just wont cut it.
