I've seen it for $14 in several gamestop B&M stores so you may want to try there.

Place a hold order in your local gamestop stores. they have a list you can fill out and if/when it comes in they'll call you. $20 new (good luck), $15 pre-owned, before GIcard discounts. The EB deal is still amazing.
